[twsocket] FTP Client component

I just remember there is a icshelp.zip file on the user made page of
Francois. I dont think its documented but it shows all properties, methods
etc. And for the rest, as Davie mention it is right way and best to learn.
Finding it in the code is the fastest way to understeand.
