[twsocket] connect to IDE without app running ?

Thanks for your reply. I learned if having a problem that is too big to
understeand best trow it away, work on other projects, and the day or a few
days after take again a look at it. Then always solution because the mind is
clear then.

Yes you are right the most safe thing is to not publish the Active property,
but I liked to do it ;-)  I was not realizing that the message pump of a
component was working at design time. Also I can not very good figure out wy
TWSocketServer can go into Litening state at design time.

Also (this more delphi related that TWSocket, but still) should I exit the
message handler at design time, or should I prevent the component to post a
message at design time.

I hope someone can put a light on this.
