Ok for this guy, you might want to CLARIFY something for him. If he is going
to have many DELPHI programs running on his client, then the build with
RUNTIME packages is the way to go because it can make each app MUCH smaller,
maybe 500K smaller, so if he has several, it might be worth it to use that
option.

Think of it like the VBRUN300.DLL etc... That comes from MS, in order to run
VB programs.
